Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production workflows, workforce utilization, and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency.
• Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and associated costs to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with vendors to define product specifications, procure equipment, and manage material orders.
• Evaluate products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for production processes, specifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies to maintain a compliant workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
