Lynk's technology enables mobile network subscribers to send and receive text messages to and from space via standard unmodified mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for assembly, integration, and test operations
• Work with technicians and engineers to ensure processes are clear, efficient, and manufacturable
• Design and build test fixtures, jigs, and tooling to support production and testing
• Identify Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements, including automation opportunities
• Maintain revision control and ensure accuracy of all manufacturing documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience creating work instructions and process documentation in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience designing or building test fixtures, jigs, or tooling
• Experience with maintaining work instructions in MES software
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
