Manufacturing Engineer I/II

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods for new and existing products
• Integrate automation into existing production lines
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability
• Analyze and improve production workflows for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation and work instructions
• Support selection and optimization of manufacturing equipment and tooling
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 1+ years of experience for Level I or 3+ years for Level II
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools
• Understanding of GD&T, assembly, and production equipment
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and/or at the Paso Robles location

Preferred Qualifications

• Automation or machining experience
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
