Manufacturing Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Enable production teams to achieve required rates while maintaining high quality standards
• Take ownership of products released to production and remove production blockers
• Disposition non-conformance tickets and perform root-cause analysis
• Implement corrective actions and continuous process improvements
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes through prototyping, testing, and integration
• Optimize manufacturing best practices and tooling design

Requirements

• Background in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Proven experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
• Proficiency in technical documentation and project ownership
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles
• Skills in new product implementation and tooling design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in environmental/production testing (vibration, shock, thermal, vacuum)
• Knowledge of instrumentation including power supplies, accelerometers, thermocouples, RTDs, and pressure sensors
