Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters during New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and develop maintenance requirements and corrective action plans
• Develop and update PFMEA, control plans, and detailed work instructions
• Analyze and design equipment layouts and workspaces to maximize production efficiency
• Collaborate with production groups and customers to ensure efficient tooling, product design, and specification alignment
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
• Provide technical and cost-based data to support management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with documentation in a regulated industry
• Ability to run and explain technical simulations
• Strong communication and relational skills with the ability to present projects and data

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma or DRM Green Belt certification
