Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes to support product growth
• Act as an NPI (New Product Introduction) Manufacturing Engineer
• Review customer specifications, drawings, technical sheets, and product functionality
• Develop manufacturing processes, including tooling, workbenches, and assembly instructions
• Perform tooling analysis and develop quality control and testing plans
• Support the qualification of raw materials and finished products
• Maintain constant communication and interaction with clients

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Experience in personnel management
• Ability to negotiate and reach agreements with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of simulation software such as FlexSIM
