About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of production methodologies and tooling for composite aircraft parts and assemblies
- Anticipate and identify process-related failure points within fabrication operations and drive mitigation plans
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements
- Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule
- Implement lean principles and advanced manufacturing technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of experience and technical education)
- U.S. Person status required per export control compliance
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

- Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting
