Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of production methodologies and tooling for composite aircraft parts and assemblies
• Anticipate and identify process-related failure points within fabrication operations and drive mitigation plans
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
• Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements
• Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule
• Implement lean principles and advanced manufacturing technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of experience and technical education)
• U.S. Person status required per export control compliance
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

• Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting
