Responsibilities

• Execute complete End of Line Procedures
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and software issues
• Lead and support rework operations and define rework instructions
• Flash software and execute system calibrations using UDS protocol
• Diagnose issues across powertrain, chassis, thermal, infotainment, ADAS, and network systems
• Use diagnostic tools and CAN data interpretation to troubleshoot complex failures
• Develop and improve end-of-line diagnostic workflows and test scripts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in vehicle diagnostics, end-of-line testing, or integration
• Solid understanding of vehicle architecture (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, high-voltage systems)
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools like CANalyzer or CANoe
• Experience with UDS protocol
• Experience managing rework processes in manufacturing or prototyping environments
