Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end batch operations including solution preparation, cell expansion, filtration, and bottling
• Maintain a compliant manufacturing environment through documentation, equipment checks, and facility cleanliness
• Perform real-time troubleshooting for batch processing issues
• Author and maintain SOPs and Master Batch Records (MBRs)
• Manage manufacturing investigations, including deviation root-cause analysis, change controls, and CAPAs
• Support technology transfer, equipment validation (FAT/SAT), and commissioning protocols
• Create training materials and provide instruction for manufacturing sites

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in a cGMP environment producing a biologic product
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to support multi-shift operations including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
• 1+ years of proficiency in batch production
