About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies for electrical commodities.
- Lead and implement manufacturing plans to support build integration.
- Participate as a member or leader of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to integrate technical solutions.
- Resolve technical problems and assist in implementing new engineering principles and advanced technologies.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.
- Collaborate with suppliers, professional associations, and internal customers to develop products and skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, technology, physics, chemistry, or equivalent engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing manufacturing plans based on engineering and contractual requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in production configuration management.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience specifically within an electrical commodity.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements (US Person status required).
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience (for Mid-Level candidates).
- Working knowledge of production shop layout and flow.
- Experience implementing or defining new manufacturing processes in a production setting.
- Experience working with multi-functional teams and organizations.
- Proficiency with engineering software such as PDM, CAPP, ENOVIA, or E-PLAN.
- Background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
