Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to ensure processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with quality standards
• Drive productivity improvements, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Focus on process optimization, workplace ergonomics, and new product introduction
• Lead structured problem-solving activities within an automated manufacturing environment, including robotic welding and handling systems
• Support the mechanical design and development of jigs and fixtures
• Plan and deliver strategic engineering and operational projects

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Experience in mechanical design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter
