Manufacturing Engineer – Composite Materials Fabrication

Responsibilities

• Execute industrialization tasks for composite parts
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for composite materials
• Contribute to the creation and management of the industrialization plan
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of PFMEA
• Create documentation, process records, and changes according to quality policy
• Perform technical evaluations and process controls of suppliers
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and First Part Qualification (FPQ)
• Execute Test Plans and develop control plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement and identify automation opportunities
• Conduct R&D to stay updated on new materials and technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in composite part industrialization/production
• Proficiency in composite manufacturing processes (manual/automatic layup, RTM, curing, etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Analytical reasoning and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Process Risk Analysis
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP
• Mastery of Catia, Enovia VPM, or Delmia
