Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to develop solutions that meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including Design Reviews, DFMA, and BOM verification
• Drive process efficiency and cost reduction by identifying necessary tools and fixtures for manufacturing
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to support new line development and material flow
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and manage changes for continuous improvement and mandatory requirements
• Ensure operations achieve output and quality targets in collaboration with support functions

Requirements

• Third Level Education in a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of two years of relevant engineering experience post-qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with CAD systems
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
