Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development and deployment of new production processes and equipment
• Develop planning, programming, and production flows for precision metal parts
• Validate CNC programs for errors within an offline virtual environment
• Identify and design specialized tooling for production processes
• Maintain and control comprehensive process documentation
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop gauging and process control systems
• Troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement of production processes
• Develop paperless shopfloor documentation systems
• Assist production teams in the prove-out and debugging of new processes
• Ensure all work follows prescribed safety standards and project objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tools, and their specific designs
• Proficiency in ANSI Y14.5 blueprint reading, G-Codes, and M-Codes
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming
• Deep understanding of tooling and fixturing concepts and standards
• Experience with metrology standards and equipment
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to implementation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
