Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute industrialization tasks for different segments such as wings, empennage, fuselage, and doors
• Implement and develop assembly and manufacturing processes for various segments
• Provide product and process support to production and final aircraft assembly
• Contribute to the creation and management of the industrialization plan in collaboration with program management
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of PFMEA
• Create documentation, process records, and changes according to quality policy and configuration management systems
• Perform technical evaluations and process controls of suppliers
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and test configuration verifications
• Elaborate control plans
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and industrialization processes

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics, Aeronautics, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an Aerospace OEM or Tier-1 supplier
• Mandatory knowledge of GD&T
• Mandatory experience in performing FAI
• Advanced level of English
• Analytical reasoning and ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Process Risk Analysis
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP
• Proficiency in Catia, Enovia VPM, or Delmia
