Responsibilities

• Execute industrialization tasks for metal parts
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for metal parts
• Contribute to the creation and management of the industrialization plan
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of PFMEA
• Create documentation, process records, and changes according to quality policy
• Perform technical evaluations and process controls of suppliers
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Elaborate control plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency
• Conduct R&D to stay updated on new materials and technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics, Aeronautics, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrialization/production of metal parts
• Knowledge of machining and dimensional inspection
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in special processes (surface/thermal treatments, NDT, painting)
• Experience in Process Risk Analysis
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP
• Proficiency in Catia, Enovia VPM, or Delmia
