Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support series production, SOP, Ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process
• Support chart monitoring and take action in case of deviation of control criteria
• Review and revise P-FMEA, Control plan, and Error proofing development
• Prepare production documents and working standards
• Support budget planning for production improvement activities
• Cooperate with cross functional teams for BPS, Quality, and HSE Safety activities
• Support 8D activity and Customer requests using PSS
• Provide MAE, Tooling, Parameters and document preparation for new models
• Participate in Engineering change requests (ECR)
• Support internal and external audits including IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Safety Audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for production
• Knowledge of molding and assembly processes
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality methods
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements
• Experience with SOP, IDC, OEE, CRI, and Safe launch
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and AutoCAD
• Good communication skills in English
