Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and improve additive manufacturing methods using 3D printing and advanced materials
• Develop optimized solutions for complex part production and forging processes
• Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate risks
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Implement advanced quality control tools and lead technical audits
• Manage international projects in collaboration with R&D, production, and quality teams
• Perform technological monitoring on additive manufacturing and advanced materials

Requirements

• Degree in manufacturing, materials science, production engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Expertise in materials and manufacturing processes, specifically in aerospace
• Ability to define and improve production processes in a global context
• Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection standards for aerospace
• Fluency in English and German is essential
