Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance
• Support daily production operations by resolving technical and process-related issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
• Analyze production data to reduce waste and improve cycle times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introduction
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Participate in capacity planning and production line optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0
• Familiarity with ERP and MES systems
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in assembly, machining, welding, or process manufacturing
• Project management experience
