Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support operations to achieve delivery, cost, quality, and safety goals
• Provide manufacturing engineering capability to production lines
• Proactively set up production for new contracts to ensure build hours are met
• Reactively resolve process issues to reduce costs
• Deliver NPI requirements driven by customer contracts
• Implement process improvements and support production escalations

Requirements

• Experienced manufacturing engineer
• Strong mechanical or electrical technical competency
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Expertise in production change control
• Experience in proactive line setup
• Data-driven problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or formal process improvement experience
• Experience with CAD packages such as Solid Edge or Teamcenter
