Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to coordinate production resources and optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, IMS, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare, review, and validate work permits and LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and participate in safety drills.
• Manage plant reliability by analyzing incidents and executing action plans.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality and quantity meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team on multi-year turnarounds (TAR) and CMMS management.
• Monitor and execute assigned local projects related to automation and operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in plant operations.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and CMMS.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and change management skills.
