About the role

Responsibilities

  • Transfer and scale-up new processes from Chemical Development into Manufacturing
  • Interface with Chemical Development to ensure small-scale activities scale effectively to manufacturing equipment
  • Review and approve technology transfer documents and write/review process documentation, including master batch records and automated equipment methods
  • Coordinate the revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support transfers and scale-ups
  • Generate and review batch summaries for all batches produced in manufacturing facilities
  • Assist manufacturing with troubleshooting process or equipment issues, interfacing with external vendors and customers as needed
  • Lead or participate in investigations of major process deviations, providing technical assistance for root cause identification and impact assessment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in technical operations or manufacturing
  • Experience with technical transfer and supporting manufacturing troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in authoring batch records, change controls, deviations, SOPs, and CAPAs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility
