About the role

Responsibilities

  • Transfer and scale-up new processes from Chemical Development into Manufacturing
  • Interface with Chemical Development and Manufacturing to ensure small-scale activities scale effectively to manufacturing equipment
  • Review and approve technology transfer documents and coordinate the revision of SOPs
  • Author and review process documentation, including master batch records, data capture forms, and automated equipment methods
  • Scale-up existing processes and manage associated batch documentation and change controls
  • Generate and review batch summaries for all production batches
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for manufacturing processes and equipment, interfacing with external vendors and customers
  • Lead or participate in investigations of major process deviations, providing technical assistance for root cause identification and impact assessment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in technical operations or manufacturing
  • Experience with technical transfer and supporting manufacturing troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in authoring batch records, change controls, deviations, SOPs, and CAPAs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility
