Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes and monitor equipment, machines, and tools to ensure efficient operations.
• Correct equipment problems or process parameters to prevent non-conforming products, low yields, or quality issues.
• Interface with Quality and R&D organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area.
• Initiate and complete technical activities for new or improved products and next-generation programs.
• Analyze and solve complex engineering problems using basic principles, theories, and innovative approaches.
• Prepare technical reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced staff and new employees.
• Lead project teams of moderate scope, determining goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering.
• Technical knowledge and application of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a regulated quality system environment.
• Proven ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in an engineering discipline.
