Responsibilities

• Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic, strategy aligned HR strategies and programs
• Develop and implement programs that will drive positive change and impact
• Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, and professional development
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding professional or personal issues
• Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs
• Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health
• Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement and improve retention rates
• Conduct organizational assessments and talent gap analyses
• Facilitate off-boarding for voluntary and involuntary terminations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner
• Experience working with manufacturing, data center, and contingent workforce populations
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
• Proven ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights
• Expertise in consultation, investigations, policy development, and coaching
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• High level of discretion with confidential matters
