Manufacturing Data and Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain analytics & visualization solutions using PowerBI, Tableau, and other tools
• Serve as primary liaison between Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply-Chain, IT Security, and external vendors
• Architect, implement, and continuously improve a unified manufacturing data model capturing the full product-lifecycle
• Stand-up and steward an enterprise cloud data warehouse/Lakehouse for the Manufacturing organization
• Create and maintain data-literacy programs and documentation for plant teams
• Deliver training on dashboards and self-service analytics
• Work with QA teams to perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field
• 3 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Manager, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, or in a role designing and implementing business solutions
• 3 years of experience designing and maintaining analytics and data visualization solutions (Power BI, Tableau)
• 3 years of experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
• 3 years of experience architecting unified data models in manufacturing environments
• 3 years of experience managing enterprise-scale cloud data
• 3 years of experience developing dashboards and self-service analytics tools
• 3 years of experience collaborating with QA teams
