Manufacturing Cost Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to collect and validate cost data
• Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning
• Monitor key performance indicators related to manufacturing efficiency and expenses
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies

Requirements

• Strong background in finance or accounting, preferably within manufacturing or production environments
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities to collaborate across departments and present findings clearly
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions
• Experience with cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes is highly desirable
