About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations for Powertrain and Remanufacturing, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment, and People (SQDCEP) goals.
- Ensure production plan compliance regarding volume, deadlines, and quality requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Manage operational performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement and loss elimination.
- Lead safety focus areas, autonomous maintenance, and workplace organization using Lean methodologies.
- Develop, train, and engage leaders and operational teams to foster a high-performance environment.
- Manage performance reviews, feedback, and succession planning for the team.
- Collaborate with support areas such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance.
Requirements
- Higher education degree or currently studying.
- Experience managing direct and indirect teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, continuous improvement, and Lean tools.
- Experience with indicator management and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Previous experience in industrial operations coordination within the automotive or metal-mechanic sectors is a plus.
