Manufacturing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations for Powertrain and Remanufacturing, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment, and People (SQDCEP) goals.
• Ensure production plan compliance regarding volume, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
• Manage operational performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement and loss elimination.
• Lead safety focus areas, autonomous maintenance, and workplace organization using Lean methodologies.
• Develop, train, and engage leaders and operational teams to foster a high-performance environment.
• Manage performance reviews, feedback, and succession planning for the team.
• Collaborate with support areas such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or currently studying.
• Experience managing direct and indirect teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, continuous improvement, and Lean tools.
• Experience with indicator management and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Previous experience in industrial operations coordination within the automotive or metal-mechanic sectors is a plus.
