Manufacturing Cell Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in cell processing activities ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines and manufacturing standards
• Set up and operate production equipment including control rate freezers and orbital shakers
• Assist in processing, freezing, and storage of biologic and cell therapy products
• Complete GMP documentation including batch records and logbooks following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Maintain inventory and monitor temperature control, expiration dates, and equipment calibration
• Conduct aseptic manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment using sterile techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and troubleshooting

Requirements

• AS/BS in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field
• 0-2 years of experience in cell processing or biotechnology manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements
• Proficiency in operating cell processing equipment
• Ability to follow complex protocols and maintain high attention to detail
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
