Manufacturing Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the director and leadership team, providing operational insight and decision support.
• Develop executive-ready materials including briefings, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• Design and implement operating rhythms, leadership cadences, and planning forums across the manufacturing organization.
• Identify operational friction points and develop scalable solutions to improve workflow and execution.
• Manage organizational staffing updates and coordinate with functional leaders for workforce planning.
• Lead high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives and champion change management efforts.
• Lead a junior team of up to five Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in office management, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a shift or an administration team.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and improve operational KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work occasional off-shift meetings and provide incident response support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects with measurable, sustained results.
