About the role

Responsibilities

  • Program new weld jobs on robotic weld cells and make adjustments to automated fabrication equipment
  • Develop maintenance programs and oversee preventative maintenance schedules
  • Troubleshoot equipment and program issues, working closely with maintenance and vendors
  • Monitor machine efficiencies and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Perform data-driven projects and manage nesting jobs for lasers and programming for press brakes

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings, including weld callouts and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement solutions
  • Commitment to safety and the ability to handle multiple priorities
