Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing and production equipment
• Loading and unloading parts and materials
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Performing painting, molding, assembly, finishing, and material handling tasks
• Following established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meeting daily production goals and deadlines
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the full 3rd shift schedule (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
