Manufacturing Associate, Representative

Responsibilities

• Manufacture oligonucleotide APIs within a GMP environment
• Support technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes
• Write and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) following regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with Validation and Engineering teams to validate new equipment and facilities
• Partner with Manufacturing Management and Quality to resolve issues via CAPA, deviations, and change controls
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot critical process equipment
• Work a night shift schedule (4:30 PM - 5:00 AM) on a Pitman schedule

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or higher education
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
• Excellent math, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Previous experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, UF, conjugation, and lyophilization
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
