Responsibilities

• Manufacture and kit goods in a laboratory environment following GMP
• Escalate potential issues to area management
• Perform cleaning operations to sanitize work area, equipment, and lab supplies
• Verify equipment and materials are in proper condition prior to work
• Complete work documentation including batch records and maintenance logs
• Assist with maintaining finished goods and raw material inventory
• Support a safe work environment by following PPE requirements
• Propose revisions to procedures and work instructions to improve workflow
• Interact with Quality Control and Supply Chain functions
• Perform root cause analyses using 6Ms and 5-whys
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• 0-2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in biotech, medical device, or academic settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in BSL-1 or BSL-2 laboratory environments wearing PPE
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

• Curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging technologies and AI tools for workflow automation
