Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive quick connectors using manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes
• Assemble O-rings, clips, shipping plugs, and caps according to part procedures
• Operate machinery following all safety and operational procedures
• Conduct leak testing and in-process parts inspection to ensure quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S requirements
• Perform basic machine repair, setup, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Train other manufacturing associates as designated

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 6-12 months of related light manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of Leading2Lean
• Knowledge of SAP
