Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive quick connectors using manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes
• Assemble O-rings, clips, shipping plugs, and caps according to specific part procedures
• Operate machinery following all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Conduct leak testing and in-process parts inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S requirements
• Perform basic machine setup, repair, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Ensure daily production schedules are met and assist in training other associates as designated

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 6-12 months of related light manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Leading2Lean
• Ability to perform leak testing and conduct in-process inspections
