Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with cGMP compliance and health and safety regulations
• Execute operations activities following standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation
• Perform routine basic maintenance on equipment, including lubrication and filter changes
• Partner with QA peers to ensure timely closure of documentation for commercial batches
• Troubleshoot routine equipment, process, and digital issues
• Participate in incident investigations (RCA), CAPA tasks, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain meticulous training records and housekeeping of assigned areas

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• College degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in audit/inspection preparation and understanding of regulatory guidelines
• Aseptic and Visual Inspection experience is preferred
