Manufacturing Associate I, RNA Reagents

Responsibilities

• Produce research grade components and products by setting up, cleaning, operating, and maintaining equipment
• Perform enzymatic reactions and utilize purification systems
• Author and implement SOPs and document actions in batch records
• Prepare for production by reviewing schedules, calculating requirements, and assembling materials
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
• Document production accurately using good documentation practices
• Manage laboratory inventory and operate within ERP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Molecular Biology or Biochemistry preferred)
• 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing laboratory experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Experience executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
