Manufacturing Associate I

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks according to standardized documentation and established methods
• Manage processes related to fermentation, main cultivation, and recovery
• Report deviations and quality issues promptly
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and continuous improvement sessions
• Collaborate closely with production colleagues, Engineering Support, and Process Support teams
• Maintain high standards of quality, structure, and precision in all work activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial process work
• Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a rotating 2 or 3-shift schedule
• Strong understanding of safety instructions and maintaining a safe working environment
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational or professional background in chemistry
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or food industries
• Knowledge of GMP or ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience participating in or driving continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN)
