Manufacturing Associate I

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in moulding manufacturing, kit assembly, and packaging processes.
• Use, store, and process materials in accordance with approved SOPs, batch documents, and manufacturing drawings.
• Operate, maintain, and clean equipment within the manufacturing department following strict documentation guidelines.
• Achieve operational targets including efficiency, right-first-time metrics, and final pass yield.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and manufacturing cell teamwork initiatives.
• Complete all in-process testing for manufacturing and packaging as per approved policies.
• Maintain strict compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and technicians regarding line performance and shift changes.

Requirements

• Leaving Certificate.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Skills in equipment operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in moulding is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP, Cleanroom Operations, and EHS standards.
• Understanding of CAPA, Continuous Improvement, and Press Operations.
• Ability to operate at pace while making agile, evidence-based decisions.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, though full training will be provided.
