About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble components following manufacturing work instructions to meet production efficiency and quality standards
- Perform low-to-moderate assembly processes in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain good manufacturing practices, including accurate recordkeeping
- Operate within a cleanroom environment while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following established procedures and legal regulations
- Perform other related duties as required to support the production team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 1st shift (6:20 AM - 2:50 PM)
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Proficiency in English (reading, understanding, and comprehending written and verbal directions)
- Basic computer skills, specifically with MS Office applications (Word/Excel)
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift between 10-30 lbs
- Good finger and hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- Experience using microscopes or operating manufacturing machinery
