Manufacturing Associate I

Responsibilities

• Assemble components following manufacturing work instructions to meet production efficiency and quality standards
• Perform low-to-moderate assembly processes in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain good manufacturing practices, including accurate recordkeeping
• Operate within a cleanroom environment while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following established procedures and legal regulations
• Perform other related duties as required to support the production team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 1st shift (6:20 AM - 2:50 PM)
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
• Proficiency in English (reading, understanding, and comprehending written and verbal directions)
• Basic computer skills, specifically with MS Office applications (Word/Excel)
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift between 10-30 lbs
• Good finger and hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
• Experience using microscopes or operating manufacturing machinery
