Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Show dedication to safety and quality protocols
• Prepare raw materials for production including unwrapping or breaking materials apart
• Move product to and from production line by hand or using non-motorized equipment like hand pallet jacks
• Load and unload product from various areas including placing pans onto racks and moving into the freezer
• Sort finished products to ensure high-quality standards
• Assist in the packaging process including dumping products into hoppers and filling boxes
• Place completed boxes onto pallets for shipment

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, or kneel as required
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Comfort working in cold environments (35°-45°)
• Comfort working in wet environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong teamwork mentality and collaborative spirit
