Form Energy is an American manufacturing and energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology designed to keep the electric grid secure and reliable. Our iron-air battery production is underway at our first high-volume manufacturing facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and prepare raw materials, components, and hardware in accordance with work instructions and safety standards
• Optimize production output by reporting equipment downtime, quality metrics, and cycle-time deviations
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot processing issues and suggest efficiency modifications
• Maintain accurate productivity records, shift updates, and maintenance logs using digital tools
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
• Experience with general manufacturing practices (GMPs)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated production processes
