Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Shape, finish, inspect, and pack guitars by hand and with machinery
• Work on the factory floor in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Follow production processes and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet manufacturing goals

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and follow production processes
• Comfortable working with tools and machinery
• Ability to work in a physically active, team-based environment
• Basic reading and writing skills in English
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking, carpentry, sanding, painting, or metalwork
