About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture human blood derived components through selection, activation, transduction, cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation
  • Perform aseptic techniques including tube welding, connections, and transfers within a controlled cGMP cleanroom environment
  • Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure accurate quantities are added or removed
  • Adhere to production schedules and Batch Records to ensure on-time internal production logistics
  • Record production data clearly and concisely in accordance with proper Good Documentation Practices (GDocP)
  • Communicate production deviations and assist with quality investigations as required
  • Work effectively within a team-based, cross-functional environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred)
  • 0-1 years of experience in cGMP cell therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing, or a relevant field
  • Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing
  • General understanding of cGMP/FDA regulated industry standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong technical writing capability and basic mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Background in biology, chemistry, medical, or clinical practices
