Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes including mammalian cell culture, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, and protein purification
• Support process optimization initiatives and identify processing issues for resolution
• Maintain technical documentation by writing and reviewing process documents and providing feedback on operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and utilize quality systems such as Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Requests
• Utilize automation and business systems including LIMS, MES, and ERP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related area or engineering, OR an Associate's degree in a science-related area with 2+ years of biotechnology experience
• Strong understanding of cGMPs within a commercial operations environment
• Ability to perform strenuous, repetitive physical work, including bending, reaching, and climbing
• Ability to independently lift, push, or pull items weighing an average of 25 pounds
• Willingness to work shift-based hours (Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., with alternating Saturdays)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation systems such as LIMS, MES, or PI
• Familiarity with quality management software like Trackwise
