Manufacturing Assembler I

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following current processes and meeting manufacturing goals and metrics
• Adhere to all safety policies, site-specific procedures, and regulatory requirements including GMP, GDP, ESD, and ISO
• Maintain accurate records and shop floor paperwork (SFP)
• Use basic test and measurement equipment to determine if components or assemblies meet specifications
• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly with a high degree of skill
• Escalate production or quality issues to management as necessary
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of and ability to use basic small hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of and ability to use basic test and measurement equipment
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience using SAP
