Manufacturing Applications Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead business development programs to drive industrial gas sales growth across U.S. manufacturing sectors, including aerospace, automotive, additive manufacturing, and metals processing.
• Develop and execute targeted growth strategies by identifying customer needs and analyzing market trends.
• Build differentiated value propositions and tailored solutions for specific customer segments.
• Drive lead generation and go-to-market efforts, including technology launches and sales campaigns.
• Partner with regional sales, R&D, and engineering teams to align priorities and ensure execution from opportunity to deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead marketing and thought leadership efforts, such as trade shows, conferences, and sales enablement tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, marketing, or technical sales.
• 5+ years of experience focused on manufacturing markets or industrial gas.
• Proven experience selling engineered solutions to industrial and manufacturing customers.
• Ability to travel 30–40% to support customers and business development efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience working with OEMs or engineering firms.
• Strong understanding of the bulk industrial gas business and its applications in manufacturing.
