Manufacturing and Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Simulate, analyze, and optimize manufacturing and logistics processes
• Optimize existing production lines
• Create digital models of logistics systems
• Analyze the impact of different production variations
• Minimize investment costs for production lines
• Plan and validate new facilities and production layouts
• Analyze edge logistics flows
• Size stocks and workforce requirements
• Act in production sequencing and planning
• Support equipment setup and maintenance
• Plan demands and work shifts

Requirements

• Technical training in a relevant area
• Certification in Plant Simulation or 2 years of proven experience
