Manufacture Visits Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination and preparation for manufacture visits for market clients, internal stakeholders, and external guests
• Manage the visit calendar, organize programs, brief guides, and coordinate with workshops, hospitality, and heritage teams
• Lead visits several times a week, presenting the Manufacture and guiding guests through workshops
• Develop new visit itineraries and tools, including speeches, presentation materials, and client gifting
• Manage the team shared mailbox and respond to client inquiries
• Consolidate qualitative and quantitative feedback for quarterly and weekly reports to the Executive Committee
• Train new guides and provide organizational support for various events and operational tasks

Requirements

• Significant experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry or a demanding luxury environment
• Perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written
• Exceptional organizational skills, rigor, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills and a high sense of client privacy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, results-driven attitude with strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of watchmaking
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German
